1. First Step The first step is to contact us to discuss your requirements. You can either telephone, email, call into one of our showrooms or request a home visit (within a ten mile radius, at no extra charge). From this we will advise you as to the type and style of memorial that best suites your budget, requirements and the relevant church or cemetery regulations. We will then provide you with a no-obligation proof and estimate - the proof is to scale including the letter styles we would suggest using. 2. Prices The costs of memorials vary considerable according to the colour, finish and material chosen. It is not always the size that dictates the cost. Our price list is gross - inclusive of Vat and ALL the lettering, flower container(s), bases and fixing to current regulations. There are no hidden extras, the only additional cost being the church or cemetery fees (which we will advise you of). We deal direct with the churches and cemeteries on your behalf, paying the relevant fees and seeking approval for the works. We have £5million Public Liability Insurance Cover, which is the amount of cover requested by most churches and cemeteries, thereby allowing us to be on the approved Monumental Masons lists for all local churches and cemeteries. 3. Memorial Erection Generally once the burial has taken place you can approach us to discuss your requirements. We usually find that once we have agreed the wording, memorial type (if new), sought approval from the church/cemetery, the time is usually right for the memorial to be erected or refixed (in the case of an existing memorial with an additional inscription). ALL of our memorials are fitted on a concrete foundation (not a flag!) with a ground anchor system.
